2Q 2020 Impact award
Through the use of Enterprise Design Thinking, I focused on the client experience (for an internal project within IBM) and re-imagined the command line interface. Designing an innovative, easy-to-execute install process experience. Focused on our clients’ ability to get up and running in a fraction of the time.
2Q 2020 Peer recognition award
As one of the team leads for the IBM internal design jam session, my responsibilities included getting all of New York Z designers together for an entire day of brainstorming.
This design jam session included the newest to most senior designers within IBM, each individual participating in design thinking activities that I co-organized to address the problem regarding the lack of diversity within the hiring pipeline.

“Lauren, I want to extend my sincerest THANK YOU for ALL your help, guidance, and expertise in being our coach for the Enterprise Design Thinking Bootcamp. Your coaching skills helped our team to execute a successful project and presentation. Your willingness to share your knowledge and dedicated time were also exceptional. There is a saying that there is strength in numbers and working with you these past 12 weeks felt like we had a fleet of a personal cheerleader other than a business coach behind us, and walking alongside us, you were all of them wrapped into one. Again, thank you!”
