During the summer of 2019 I was tasked with co-managing and mentoring twenty-two interns within the GTS organization.

Mainly co-managing and mentoring within some client facing projects, visual designs, setting up their workstations, idea development and designing rapid prototypes.

I connected with my co-worker and proposed that we should create a small, but innovative video memoir for all of the interns .

My co-worker began to film many of the great events planned for the interns during the program and then I was able to edit all of the film into a visual experience.

Needless to say, it was very much appreciated and a great take away for the interns to remember their time at IBM and all of the connections made.
